As for the “Moms for Moms” fund

As for the “Moms for Moms” fund. The Foundation for the Support of Family, Motherhood and Childhood has a lot of programs. 

We run educational programs for orphanages.

 The project is called “The Matter of Life”. Specialists from various professions tell children about their specialty and conduct cool master classes. There are doctors, artists, designers, carpenters participating... We conducted about 100 master classes for 6 orphanages. For example, a doctor can show a master class in first aid. 
 
There is a project “Kind Stork” We help young mothers to prepare for childbirth. We provide them with everything from diapers to strollers. With the help of this project, we fully provided about 20 mothers with everything they needed. 

There is an international project “Cuisines of the World”. There are about 30 chefs in our program. They prepare dishes from different cuisines with children, talk to them about culture, traditions, and history. This project brings children together and erases the boundaries between their nationalities. This project strengthens friendly relations between Russia and other countries. 

There is a project to provide humanitarian aid to large families and single mothers. Once a month we distribute food packages. 

There is a project “Make your mother more beautiful”. We have 11 beauty salons. They are our partners. They provide all beauty treatments for free: hairstyles, manicures and pedicures. The project helps mothers become more self-confident and forget about all their problems at least for a while. Approximately 200 mothers attended beauty treatments for free. Many women started going on dates. One even got married.

We also promote  the festival “Friendship of Nations and Traditions of Hospitality”. 

The festival has been held 7 times already and was a great success. Mass media: https://www.kp.ru/online/news/5482249/ The festival program included a fair and a concert program and an exhibition.
We called the direction “The world through the eyes of children.” We wanted to present the best drawings, crafts made of wood, ceramics, and clay and to give every child the opportunity to tell the world about  themselves.
